How consultations are delivered

All consultations are conducted online, by voice or video call, and are available to clients anywhere in the world. Sessions are held in English or Hindi, whichever you prefer.

When they take place

• Your booking is confirmed by email within 24 hours of payment.
• That email carries the confirmed date and time, and the joining details for the call.
• Consultations are ordinarily scheduled within 3 to 5 working days of booking, subject to your availability and the calendar.
• If you need a slot sooner, say so when booking and we will do what we can.

Session lengths

Each service has a stated duration, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes depending on the reading. The duration for each is listed on the Services page alongside its fee.

The Yearly Numerology Subscription is delivered as twelve monthly sessions across the year: 30 minutes for the first and last months, and 15 minutes for the ten months in between.

What you receive

The consultation itself is the service. During the session you receive your reading and can ask questions about it. Where a written summary is included, this is stated on the service and is sent by email after the session.

Time zones

Times are agreed in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless another zone is confirmed in writing beforehand. If you are booking from outside India, tell us your location and preferred window and we will find a workable slot.

If something goes wrong

If a call fails for technical reasons, we will reconnect or rearrange at no extra cost. Where a consultation cannot be delivered at all, our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
