This policy explains how Hirdyesh Goyal (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through hirdyeshgoyal.com and in the course of providing numerology consultations.
When you submit the enquiry form or book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the details you choose to include in your message. A numerology reading cannot be prepared without a date of birth and name, so this information is essential to the service itself.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is used to keep the site secure and working, not to build a profile of you.
The Birth Number, Destiny Number and Personal Year calculators run entirely in your browser. The date you enter is never transmitted to our server and is not stored anywhere. Nothing you type into those tools reaches us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages unless you have specifically asked to receive them.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net-banking credentials and similar payment details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never seen, handled or stored by this website. We receive only confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.
What you discuss during a consultation is treated as confidential. Your reading, your questions and your personal circumstances are not shared with anyone else, and are not used as examples or case studies without your explicit written permission.

Enquiry emails and consultation records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, typically eight years for financial records. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain.
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete information we are not obliged to keep. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function, plus caching cookies used by our host to serve pages quickly. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
This site is not directed at children under 18. Where a reading concerns a child — for example a baby name consultation — it is booked and discussed with a parent or guardian.
