We want you to book with confidence. This policy sets out exactly what happens if plans change, on either side.
You may reschedule a consultation free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Write to support@hirdyeshgoyal.com or call +91 98118 00123 and we will offer the next available slot.
A booking may be rescheduled twice. Beyond that, we may ask you to book afresh.
A numerology consultation is a personalised service delivered in person during the session. Once it has been conducted, the service has been provided in full and the fee is not refundable — including where the guidance was not what you hoped to hear.
This is the normal position for consulting services. It is not a reflection on the quality of the reading, and it does not affect your rights where we fail to deliver.
If Hirdyesh has to cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. The same applies if a technical failure on our side prevents the consultation from taking place and it cannot be rearranged.
If you are charged twice for the same booking, or money is debited without a booking being confirmed, tell us and the extra amount is refunded in full. Payments that fail at the gateway but show as debited are usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days.
The Yearly Numerology Subscription may be cancelled before the first session for a full refund. After sessions have begun, a pro-rata refund is calculated for the sessions not yet used, less the value of those already delivered at standard single-session rates.
Email support@hirdyeshgoyal.com with the name used for the booking, the date of the consultation and the payment reference. We will confirm receipt and tell you what happens next.
